DAY 10 of the Covenant Gate Prayer Ministry 14 Days 2026 Mid-Year Fasting

ALTARS OF RELATIONSHIP CONFLICT vs. THE ALTAR OF DIVINE HARMONY

Bible text: 1 Corinthians 13:4–7

4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Memory verse: Ecclesiastes 4:9 “Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.”

Relationships are one of the greatest channels through which God releases blessings, favor, wisdom, and destiny advancement. Yet many people struggle with repeated relational conflicts that seem beyond ordinary misunderstandings. Often these patterns are strengthened by spiritual altars that enforce division, suspicion, pride, and emotional wounds.

These altars create cycles of broken friendships, strained marriages, family disputes, failed partnerships, and unresolved offenses. When unity is broken, many divine blessings become restricted because God’s covenant blessings flow strongly through agreement and cooperation.

The altar of divine harmony restores what conflict destroys. According to 1 Corinthians 13, love becomes the governing principle of relationships. Patience replaces anger, humility replaces pride, and forgiveness replaces bitterness.

When the altar of harmony is established, families become peaceful, marriages strengthen, partnerships flourish, and divine connections remain stable. Destiny helpers remain connected because peace creates an atmosphere where God’s favour flows freely.

Today every altar of relationship conflict must fall. The altar of divine harmony rises in its place, establishing unity, understanding, and covenant love in every relationship connected to your life.

Action plans

  • Identify relationships where conflict repeats.

  • Release forgiveness toward every offense.

  • Pray 1 Corinthians 13 over your relationships daily.

COVENANT GATE HYMNALS 132, Altars Against Altars By Apostle James Abache

  1. When we stand by the cross,
    Where the Lamb’s blood was shed,
    Every altar of darkness must fall;
    For the covenant flame
    Now is speaking our name,
    And the Lord breaks the chains of them all.

Refrain

Covenant freedom we claim,
Through the blood we are free;
Every bondage forever is gone,
At the altar of grace
We receive heaven’s place,
And the power of the cross leads on.

  1. Ancient voices may cry
    From foundations gone by,
    Trying still to control destiny;
    But the blood of the Lamb
    Has rewritten our plan,
    And declares we are fully set free.

  2. Like the servant of God
    Who tore Baal’s altar down,
    We arise by the Spirit and stand;
    Every covenant wrong
    Cannot linger for long,
    When the Lord builds His throne in the land.

  3. Now the altar of Christ
    Speaks redemption and life,
    And the curse has no hold anymore;
    Generations shall rise
    Under covenant skies,
    For the Lord has unlocked every door.

  4. Every altar of night
    Loses power and right
    When the covenant altar appears;
    For the blood now proclaims
    Victory over our names,
    And the Lord wipes away all our fears.

  5. So we lift up our voice
    And in Christ we rejoice,
    For the battle is won by His grace;
    Every altar must bow
    To the Saviour just now,
    And His kingdom shall reign in this place.

Prayers:

1. Break Altars of Constant Conflict

James 3:16 “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”

Constant conflict in relationships is like a fire that repeatedly reignites even after it seems extinguished, creating repeated tension and emotional exhaustion. James 3:16 shows that strife and envy produce confusion and disorder. When peace is absent, relationships become unstable and vulnerable to division. God’s wisdom and harmony replace confusion with understanding, helping conversations become peaceful, relationships healthier, and connections strengthened rather than constantly damaged.

Prayers:

  • Father, destroy every source of constant arguments and conflict in my relationships; let peace and understanding prevail, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove confusion, envy, and strife from every connection in my life; establish harmony and unity, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let peace govern every interaction and conversation in my life; remove tension and division completely, in Jesus’ name.

2. Healing For Broken Trust

Ephesians 4:32 “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.”

Broken trust is like a cracked foundation in a building; even small pressure can expose weakness and threaten stability. Ephesians 4:32 teaches that kindness, forgiveness, and tenderheartedness are essential for restoration. God heals relationships by rebuilding honesty, compassion, and sincerity. When forgiveness replaces bitterness and truth replaces deception, damaged relationships can regain strength, security, and stability, allowing trust to grow again on a healthier foundation.

Prayers:

  • Father, heal every broken trust and wounded relationship in my life; restore stability, peace, and confidence again, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, restore honesty, sincerity, and integrity within my relationships; remove deception, bitterness, and every hidden offence, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, establish relationships in my life upon truth, love, and faithfulness; let trust flourish again permanently, in Jesus’ name.

3. Breaking Generational Conflict Patterns

Ezekiel 18:2–3

2. “What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge?

3. As I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.”

Generational conflict patterns are like storms returning every season, bringing repeated arguments, division, and rivalry into families. Ezekiel 18:2–3 reveals God’s desire to end destructive inherited cycles. Through His power, repeated patterns no longer have to continue from one generation to another. When God intervenes, peace replaces hostility, relationships are restored, and families begin to experience unity instead of recurring division and emotional tension.

Prayers:

  • Father, break every generational pattern of conflict, rivalry, and division within my family lineage completely, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, replace every atmosphere of strife with peace, unity, understanding, and genuine love within my household, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let my family become a household of harmony and stability; establish lasting peace among us, in Jesus’ name.

4. Healing Marital Conflict

Mark 10:9 “What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.”

Marital conflict is like two musical instruments falling out of tune, producing tension and unpleasant sounds instead of harmony. Mark 10:9 emphasises God’s intention for unity and preservation in marriage. When bitterness, resentment, and misunderstanding are removed, relationships regain balance and peace. God restores harmony by strengthening love, patience, and understanding. A healed marriage becomes a testimony of unity, stability, and enduring partnership under God’s guidance.

Prayers:

  • Father, restore peace and harmony in every marriage connected to my life; let unity and understanding prevail, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, and anger from marriages and relationships around me, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let love, patience, and understanding grow stronger within every marriage and relationship connected to my destiny, in Jesus’ name.

5. Restoring Family Unity

Psalms 133:1 “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”

Family unity is like a strong rope woven from many threads, where each strand strengthens the others. When division, jealousy, and rivalry enter, the rope weakens and becomes vulnerable to breaking. Psalm 133:1 reveals the beauty and strength found in unity among family members. When God restores harmony, relationships become stronger, love increases, and the family stands together with stability, peace, and mutual support.

Prayers

  • Father, restore unity, peace, and understanding within my family; let every division and misunderstanding be healed completely, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove jealousy, rivalry, bitterness, and resentment from among my relatives; establish genuine love and harmony, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, establish lasting love and peace among my family members; let our relationships remain strong and united, in Jesus’ name.

6. Healing Friendship Failures

Proverbs 17:17 “A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.”

Friendships are like bridges connecting destinies, allowing support, encouragement, and opportunities to flow between people. When betrayal, misunderstanding, or offence damages those bridges, relationships weaken and valuable connections can be lost. Proverbs 17:17 highlights the faithfulness of true friendship, especially during difficult seasons. God restores meaningful relationships by healing wounds, rebuilding trust, and surrounding people with loyal companions who strengthen and support their journey in life.

Prayers:

  • Father, restore every broken friendship connected to my destiny; heal misunderstandings and reconnect relationships according to Your purpose, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove betrayal, offence, bitterness, and misunderstanding from my relationships; let peace and sincerity prevail completely, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, send faithful, trustworthy, and supportive friends into my life; surround me with godly relationships that strengthen destiny, in Jesus’ name.

7. Restoring Business Partnerships

Amos 3:3 “Can two walk together, except they be agreed?”

Business partnerships are like a cart being pulled by two people; if they move in opposite directions, progress becomes difficult and exhausting. Amos 3:3 highlights the importance of agreement and unity for successful partnership. Without trust and shared purpose, relationships weaken and progress slows. When harmony and understanding are restored, cooperation improves, trust grows stronger, and partnerships become productive, stable, and capable of achieving shared goals successfully.

Prayers:

  • Father, establish agreement, unity, and understanding within my business partnerships; let shared vision and cooperation prevail, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove conflict, misunderstanding, and division from every business relationship connected to my destiny, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let cooperation, trust, and mutual respect flourish within my partnerships; establish lasting success and stability, in Jesus’ name.

8. Deliverance from Jealousy and Envy

Proverbs 14:30 “A sound heart is the life of the flesh: but envy the rottenness of the bones.”

Jealousy and envy are like rust slowly weakening metal, damaging relationships from within until trust and love begin to deteriorate. Proverbs 14:30 shows that envy corrupts the heart and destroys peace. God’s love, however, restores appreciation, contentment, and genuine goodwill toward others. When envy is removed, relationships become healthier, hearts become peaceful, and people can celebrate one another without resentment or hidden competition.

Prayer Points

  • Father, remove jealousy, envy, and unhealthy comparison from my relationships; let peace and sincerity replace every negative emotion, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, fill every heart connected to me with appreciation, gratitude, and genuine love for one another, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let love overcome envy and rivalry in every relationship around me; establish harmony and goodwill permanently, in Jesus’ name.

9. Restoration After Betrayal

Genesis 50:20 “But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.”

Betrayal is like a deep wound caused by someone trusted, leaving emotional pain, disappointment, and fear behind. Genesis 50:20 shows that although others may intend harm, God can transform painful experiences into good and bring purpose out of suffering. His restoration heals emotional wounds and rebuilds strength. When God intervenes, betrayal no longer defines the future, and painful experiences become testimonies of wisdom, healing, and victory.

Prayer Point

  • Father, heal every wound in my heart caused by betrayal, disappointment, and broken trust; restore my peace completely, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, turn every painful experience and betrayal in my life into victory, growth, and testimony for Your glory, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, restore my ability to trust wisely again; grant me discernment, healing, and healthy relationships, in Jesus’ name.

10. Attracting Destiny Helpers

Proverbs 27:17 “Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”

Destiny helpers are like keys that unlock new doors, giving access to opportunities, wisdom, encouragement, and advancement. Proverbs 27:17 shows how people can strengthen and sharpen one another for growth and progress. God often uses relationships to position individuals for purpose and elevation. When the right connections enter a person’s life, growth accelerates, vision becomes clearer, and opportunities emerge that would have been difficult to reach alone.

Prayer Point

  • Father, connect me with destiny helpers and meaningful relationships that will support, strengthen, and advance my purpose, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove every relationship, association, or influence hindering my growth, progress, and spiritual advancement completely, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, establish divine alliances and strategic connections in my life; surround me with wise and faithful people, in Jesus’ name.

11. Strengthening Ministry Relationships

1 Corinthians 1:10 “Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.”

Ministry relationships are like a choir singing in harmony, where every voice contributes together to produce strength and beauty. When division and misunderstanding arise, the unity needed for effective ministry weakens. 1 Corinthians 1:10 emphasises the importance of agreement and shared purpose among believers. God’s unity strengthens spiritual impact, encourages cooperation, and allows ministry efforts to flourish with greater effectiveness, peace, and lasting fruitfulness.

Prayer Points

  • Father, establish unity, agreement, and harmony within every ministry relationship connected to my life and assignment, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove division, misunderstanding, offence, and conflict from among ministry workers and spiritual relationships, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let the work of God flourish through unity and cooperation; release lasting fruitfulness upon every ministry effort, in Jesus’ name.

12. Establishing Forgiveness

Matthew 6:14 “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”

Forgiveness is like removing poison from the heart, preventing bitterness from spreading and damaging relationships further. Matthew 6:14 shows the importance of releasing offences and extending mercy to others. Without forgiveness, emotional wounds remain open and healing becomes difficult. God’s grace enables people to let go of resentment, restore peace within, and create room for healing, reconciliation, and healthier relationships to grow again.

Prayer Point

  • Father, give me grace and strength to forgive every offence completely; remove resentment and pain from my heart, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, remove bitterness, anger, unforgiveness, and emotional wounds from within me; establish peace and healing completely, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let healing, restoration, and reconciliation flow into every damaged relationship connected to my life, in Jesus’ name.

13. Establishing the Covenant of Love

Colossians 3:14 “Above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.”

Love is like cement binding bricks into a strong structure, holding relationships together with strength, stability, and unity. Colossians 3:14 describes love as the bond of perfectness because it connects people beyond differences and weaknesses. Without love, relationships easily crack under pressure. God’s love produces patience, kindness, and understanding, enabling relationships to remain strong and peaceful even during difficult situations and seasons of testing.

Prayer Point

  • Father, establish divine love within all my relationships; let unity, patience, and understanding grow stronger daily, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, teach us to practice patience, kindness, humility, and compassion toward one another continually, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let love overcome every conflict, misunderstanding, and division; establish lasting peace within my relationships, in Jesus’ name.

14. Thanksgiving for Restored Harmony

Psalm 30:11 “Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness.”

Restored harmony is like rain falling after a long drought, bringing freshness, renewal, and life back to dry ground. Psalm 30:11 shows God transforming sorrow into joy and replacing grief with gladness. When broken relationships are healed, hearts become refreshed and peace returns. God restores emotional connections, renews unity, and brings lasting joy where pain, misunderstanding, and separation once existed, allowing relationships to flourish again.

Prayer Points

  • Father, thank You for restoring harmony, peace, and understanding within my relationships and family connections, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let peace, unity, and joy remain permanently within every relationship connected to my destiny, in Jesus’ name.

  • Lord, let my relationships flourish in unity, love, and stability; establish lasting harmony among us all, in Jesus’ name.

DECLARATION

Beloved partners and listeners of Covenant Gate Prayer Ministry, today we stand in the authority of Jesus Christ to dismantle every altar enforcing conflict, misunderstanding, and division in our relationships. According to Ecclesiastes 4:9, two are better than one because they receive a greater reward for their labour. This means that unity multiplies blessings, while conflict blocks divine progress.

Today we declare that every altar of discord is destroyed. Every spirit fueling arguments, jealousy, betrayal, and misunderstanding loses its power over our families, marriages, friendships, partnerships, and ministries. The blood of Jesus cleanses every wound caused by past offenses and releases the grace to forgive and reconcile.

We proclaim that the altar of divine harmony is established in our lives. Where love is replacing bitterness, understanding is replacing confusion, and peace is replacing tension. Relationships meant for our destiny will be preserved, strengthened, and guided by God’s wisdom.

From today going forward, every partnership connected to our destiny will flourish. Families will experience restoration, marriages will grow stronger, friendships will become supportive, and ministry relationships will operate in unity and purpose.

Declare boldly: “Every altar of conflict is broken. My relationship is operating under the covenant of divine harmony. Peace is ruling in my family, wisdom is guiding my connections, and God’s love is governing every relationship in my life.”

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
